What can you do when you become an associate?

Attend one day training program
In Presence of our trained, qualified, experienced ophthalmologist you can assist the procedure
Be reasonably paid by a cheque for your contribution
Care of your patient post treatment will be done at your clinic

Details you need to provide to become an associate:

• Name
• Age
• Qualification
• Current registration number of MMC

Do you want to refer a Patient?

If you are interested in referring the patient please check the following:

• Check vision, eye pressure (Rule out glaucoma)
• Retinal periphery check up for breaks/ tears
• Please send record of recent/old eye check ups if available
